PROPOSAL PREPARATION AND FUND DEVELOPMENT
TLG provides full service grant and proposal preparation. Our services include researching and identifying foundation, corporate, and government funding sources, as well as writing, editing, and producing the final proposal.
STRATEGIC PLANNING AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
TLG assists organizations with Strategic Planning, including both short- and long- term goal setting. TLG develops strategic plans that allow clients to effectively plan.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING
TLG provides training in a variety of areas. TLG customizes each workshop, lecture, or seminar to meet the needs of the client.
PROGRAM EVALUATION AND MONITORING
TLG provides program evaluation services using both quantitative and qualitative methods. TLG assists clients with developing data systems and methods to formatively and summatively evaluate their programs.
